Avalon Air Show 2009
GEELONG, Victoria, Australia -- First-grade students of Lara Primary School perform for a group of U.S. Air Force and Navy servicemembers in the nearby town of Lara March 12. The group visited the school and talked to the curious Australian students ages 5 and 6, and 11 and 12 about thier lives in the U.S. Air Force. Various Air Force and Navy assets are representing the U.S. military here to support the 2009 Australian International Airshow held at Avalon Airport here. GEELONG, Victoria, Australia -- C-17 Globemaster pilot Capt. Grahm Boutz from the 535th Airlift Squadron at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, visits with excited young students of Lara Primary School in nearby Lara March 12. Norman Shelton from the 37th Bomber Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., share stories with excited young students of Lara Primary School in nearby Lara March 12.
