The history of the 96th ARS spans multiple aircraft throughout multiple theaters of war including campaigns around the world such as World War II, Pacific Anti-submarine, American Theater, Air Offensive over Japan, Eastern Mandates, Western Pacific, Ryukyus and the China Offensive.
