Japanese Air Self Defense Force (Koku-Jieitai) Lt. Gen. Hiroaki Uchikura, Air Defense Command commander, arrives for a visit to the Pacific Integrated Air and Missile Defense Center (PIC) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 3, 2021.
