Acting Secretary of the Air Force Eric Fanning tosses rose petals into the well at the USS Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Nov. 23, 2013, in remembrance of those servicemembers who died during the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.
