During the call, Carlisle spoke about Air Force-wide force shaping efforts and the importance of getting as much relevant information on retention efforts to Airmen, among other topics. In response to a question regarding the future of military entitlements, Carlisle said that because the cost of entitlements will eventually become unsustainable, many options are being discussed to create a more sustainable process that still meets the needs of its benefactors.
