Headquarters Pacific Air Forces and Philippine Air Force conducted Airman-to-Airman (A2A) Talks at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Aug. 30, 2016. The A2A talks between Pacific Air Forces and the Philippine Air Force is a forum to plan and discuss future operations, activities and actions (OAA) and strengthen the AF-AF relationship.
