Lance Mazzella, 374th Logistics Readiness Squadron director of operations, gives a speech after accepting the Japan-America Air Force Goodwill Association Award, March 3, 2023, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Mazzella earned the recognition for his efforts in helming several initiatives through his logistical expertise, which bolstered the U.S. partnership with Japanese allies.
