U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Charles Lee, 291st Combat Communication Squadron Radio Frequency Transmission Systems jouneyman, points to a digital display of a spectrum analyzer showing a satellite beacon frequency during Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines (BACE-P) at Cesar Basa Air Base, Philippines, January 30, 2019. Lee demonstrated to Philippine Air Force communication personnel from the 950th Communications, Electronics and Information Systems Group how to use the analyzer to make minute changes and better align the ground terminal to a satellite orbiting in space. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by U.S. Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters Pacific Air Forces. These bilateral exchanges increase interoperability and deepen relationships between the two allied air forces. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Rachel Maxwell)
