KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Capt. Kris Person checks his helmet to make sure its in proper working order, prior to a flight. Captain Person is one of several Airmen who will be spending the holidays flying training missions upholding the Treaty of Mutual Agreement between the United States and Japan. The captain is assigned to the 18th Operations Support Squadron as a electronic combat officer and flies with the 44th Fighter Squadron.
