KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman 1st Class Rico Babas uses a speed handle to place panels on an F-15C Eagle during a base exercise at here on Aug. 23, 2007. By doing this they ensure that the panels are in place and won't fall off during flight. The base conducted a three-day base exercise to demonstrate its ability to deploy and generate aircraft.
