McMURDO STATION, Antarctica--Lt Gen Ted Kresge, Commander, Joint Task Force-Support Forces Antarctica (JTF-SFA), stands with the crew from Skier 21 after returning from at re-supply mission to the South Pole on November 22. JTF-SFA, through Operation Deep Freeze, provides support to the National Science Foundation, which manages the United States Antarctic Program.


Operation DEEP FREEZE - An Incredible and "Cool" Experience
