Taking part in Tanabata

FUSSA, Japan – Airmen from Yokota Air Base carry a portable Shinto shrine during the 59th Annual Fussa Tanabata Festival Aug. 7. The shrine, called a Mikoshi, translates as “cloud burst” in English. Talking about the C-17
