Fighter Squadron completes month long training in two continents
F-15 crew chief, Staff Sergeant Sarah Flagg of the Aircraft Maintenance Unit, 3rd Maintenance Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska inspects an F-15 after the jet's recent return from a mission scenario during a joint exercise with the Hawaii Air National Guard's 199th Fighter Squadron at Hickam AFB, Hawaii on March 22, 2010. The 19th FS from Elmendorf AFB, Alaska and the 199th are completing their last exercise together. The 199th will be transitioning to an F-22 squadron next year, while the 19th FS will begin deactivating procedures on April 1, 2010 as a result of the 2010 Fiscal Year Fighter Restructure Plan. F-22s, B-2s conduct historic deployment over the Pacific
Two F-22 Raptors and one B-2 Spirit deployed to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, fly in formation over the Pacific Ocean. The aircraft are deployed from the 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron and the 13th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron.
