Japanese Air Self Defense Force (Koku-Jieitai) Lt. Gen. Hiroaki Uchikura, Air Defense Command commander, arrives for a visit to the Pacific Integrated Air and Missile Defense Center (PIC) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 3, 2021. Uchikura visited the PIC as part of a four-day tour of various military units on Oahu to include Headquarters PACAF, the 199th Fighter Squadron, and the 613th Air Operations Center.
