U.S., Indonesia Airmen Talks Enhance Interoperability
The Indonesian air force hosted a Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) delegation for the 11th annual Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Udara, or TNI AU (Indonesian Air Force)-PACAF Airman-to-Airman (A2A) talks in Denpasar, Indonesia, May 15-16, 2019. A2A talks are designed to foster military-to-military relationships with regional partners to discuss exercises and engagements, share best practices, and work toward expanding interoperability. The strategies and plans formed during the A2A talks will be used to develop future engagements and exercises. The two air forces are scheduled to meet again for A2A talks in Hawaii, in spring 2020.
