PACAF and Vietnamese medical partnership

HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii -- Maj Cheryl Elliott, 15th Airlift Wing Charge Nurse, Pediatric Clinic, explains to Lt Col NGUYEN Thi Mai Huong, the most senior Vietnam military nurse, rountine practices of using special bandaids, "smiley" stickers, and lolly pops to ease the small patients.  Lt Col Duong applies a special bandaid to Lt Col Huong's hand.
