79 graduate from NCO Academy

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan --  Seventy-nine graduates from the NCO Academy Class 07-4 received their diplomas here June 8, after six weeks of classroom instruction. The diploma's symbolize the next stepping stone in each NCO's career as they transition to higher leadership roles.
Among the graduates a set few stood out from the rest. 

Tech. Sgt. William Cupp, 390th Intelligence Squadron, received the most prestigious accolade, the John L. Levitow award for being the overall top graduate. Tech. Sgt Dennis Proctor Jr., 320th Special Tactics Squadron, earned the Academic Award for highest scores in all areas of study. Petty Officer 1st Class Hans Cajal, Medical Logistics Company, received the Commandant Award. Seven graduates earned distinguished graduate honors: Tech. Sgt. Ricky Barnett, 35th Civil Engineer Squadron, Misawa AB; Sergeant Proctor, 320th STS; Tech. Sgt. Kamille Stephanson, 18th Equipment Maintenance Squadron; Tech. Sgt. Neil Wilke, 374th Maintenance Squadron, Yakota AB; Tech. Sgt. Walter Arnold, 5th Air Force, Yakota AB; Tech. Sgt. Adam Mitchell, 734th Air Mobility Squadron, Anderson AFB; and Tech. Sgt.
