YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Pararescuemen from the 31st Rescue Squadron Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, perform a High Altitude Low Opening Jump out of a C-130 Hercules during the 2007 Yokota Air Base Japanese-American Friendship Festival.The C-130 is owned and operated by the 36th Airlift Squadron here.
