NODA MURA, Iwate, Japan -- Nearly 40 U.S. service members and civilians assisted in cleanup efforts here as part of Operation Tomodachi March 29. The volunteers left Misawa Air Base, Japan, to help the coastal village that was damaged by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
