Typhoon Yutu Air-Bridge
The 36th Airlift Squadron works with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other Department of Defense agencies to aid in providing an air-bridge between the logistic staging hub of Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, and the typhoon effected Northern Mariana Islands of Tinian and Saipan. The air-bridge provides needed relief and recovery effort supplies including: water, food, equipment and personnel.
