Mark Dillon, Pacific Air Forces vice commander, is greeted by family and friends and soaked in water and champagne after his C-17 fini-flight at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, June 12, 2017. With Dillon's retirement approaching, the fini-flight is the capstone event of his flying career.
