Brigadier General Gregory M. Guillot is the Chief of Staff, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. He is responsible for the development of plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the HQ PACAF staff and seamless interface with subordinate commands and agencies. He exercises oversight on command policy and program issues supporting three numbered air forces and 10 wings to provide ready air and space power to promote United States interests in the Asia-Pacific region during peacetime, through crisis and in war.
General Guillot received his commission in 1989 from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He has commanded a flying squadron, Operations Group, and two flying Wings. He has served on the NAF, MAJCOM, Air, and COCOM staffs, was a USAF Weapons School instructor, and is a graduate of the National War College. Prior to his current assignment, General Guillot was the Director of Strategic Plans, Requirements, and Programs, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
General Guillot is a senior air battle manager with more than 1,380 flying hours.
