U.S. Navy Adm. Harry Harris, Commander of U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM), presents the Legion of Merit award to Gen. Eduardo Año, Chief of Staff for the Armed Forces of the Philippines, for exceptionally meritorious conduct during an honor ceremony at PACOM headquarters, Sept. 28, 2017. During Año’s two-day visit to PACOM, he and Harris will meet to discuss changes to the Mutual Defense Board and Security Engagement Board.
