The Pacific Angel 20-16 mission in Cambodia has officially ended. The joint and combined humanitarian assistance civil military mission led by the U.S. Air Force is designed to build partnerships through medical outreach, civil engineering projects and subject matter exchanges.
These projects are visible expression of the United States commitment to the Indo-Asia Pacific and demonstrate our continuing resolve to support international humanitarian assistance and disaster response to efforts in this region.
During the mission two hundred sixty participants were able to see more than 34 hundred patients and the Multinational Civil Engineering Team spent 21-hundred man hours completing six projects. Reporting from Kampot, Cambodia, I'm Staff Sergeant Chad Usher. Includes soundbites from Maj. Gen Mike Compton,
Air National Guard assistant to the commander, Pacific Air Forces. More
