USAF & JASDF strengthen Agile Combat Employment capabilities

Senior Airman Marcus Johnson, 374th Logistics Readiness Squadron combat mobility operations technician, loads cargo into a Japanese Self Defense Force C-130H Hercules during bilateral cargo exchange training at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Aug. 28, 2020. The training was a separate event held in conjunction with an Aviation Training Relocation event at Chitose Air Base, Japan, that allowed Koku-jieitai Airmen to practice utilizing the U.S. Aircraft Bulk Fuel Distribution System and U.S. Air Force maintainers to learn to use the JASDF Tactical Airfield Fuel Dispensing System, both of which effectively equip an airfield with the fueling capabilities needed to support participating aircraft, increasing our ability to perform agile combat operations.
