U.S. Air Force communication personnel from the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Directorate of Air and Cyberspace Operations and the 291st Combat Communications Squadron participate in a subject matter expert exchange with communication personnel from the Philippine Air Force 950th Communications, Electronics and Information Systems Group during Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines (BACE-P) at Cesar Basa Air Base, Philippines, January 30, 2019. The exchange included a demonstration of operation and installation of a satellite terminal as well as the ability to extend network services from a home base to an austere location. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by U.S. Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters PACAF. These bilateral exchanges increase interoperability and deepen relationships between the two allied air forces. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Rachel Maxwell)
