Pacific Air Forces command chief holds enlisted all call

U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Buddy Hutchison, Pacific Air Forces command chief, speaks to a crowd of PACAF enlisted staff members during an all call Nov. 20, 2014, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Hutchison addressed a number of topics, including recent changes to the Air Force's performance reports and promotion systems and the developmental special duty selection process. Hutchison also discussed his views on the importance of being a wingman and why knowing your fellow Airmen is critical to both safety and PACAF's mission. The all call serves as a fundamental tool in improving resiliency among Airmen by offering the enlisted core an opportunity to ask PACAF leadership questions. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
