The U.S. Air Force 18th Medical Operations Squadron neonatal intensive care unit runs a scenario during a medical exercise, Kadena Air Base, Japan, Aug 26, 2014. The neonatal intensive care unit is a part of the 18th Medical Operations Squadron. It is the only NICU in Pacific Air Forces and is the second largest NICU in the Air Force.
