Julie Boit, Pacific Air Forces director of manpower, personnel and services, Betty Welsh, wife of Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III, MaryJoe McGillicuddy, wife of Brig. Gen. Paul McGillicuddy, PACAF chief of staff, and Angie Basham, wife of Brig. Gen. Steven Basham, PACAF director of strategy, plans and programs. Gen. Welsh and Chief Cody’s visit JBPH-Hickam was the first leg of a visit to Air Force bases across the Pacific theater.
