A member of the 736th Security Forces Squadron makes his way to the ground Aug. 21, 2013, during a static line jump over the Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, flightline. Air Force static line capability falls under the personnel parachute program. Jumpers are first qualified during a three-week long basic airborne course at Ft.
