U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jade Nichols, structures with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan places galvanized sheeting in place for an awning during Operation Pacific Angel 13-5 Cambodia at the health center, Nhaeng Nhang, Sept. 9. Thirty-six U.S. forces and Royal Cambodia Armed Forces worked together on three health centers during engineering civil action programs. The operation began today and is scheduled to end Sept. 14. PACANGEL is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance operation held in various countries several times a year and includes medical, dental, optometry, and engineering support programs and various subject-matter expert exchanges.
