Thirty-six U.S. forces and Royal Cambodia Armed Forces worked together on three health centers during engineering civil action programs. The operation began today and is scheduled to end Sept. 14. PACANGEL is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance operation held in various countries several times a year and includes medical, dental, optometry, and engineering support programs and various subject-matter expert exchanges.
