U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt Nicholas Sheerer, 18th Civil Engineer Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, receives help from a fellow electrician from the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces while working on the wiring for a water pump at Tram Kok Health Canter Sept. 12 during Operation Pacific Angel 13-5 Cambodia. Work is almost complete at the site. Tram Kok and two other health centers are being renovated. The operation is scheduled to end in two days. Thirty-six U.S. forces and RCAF are working together on the health centers during engineering civil action programs. PACANGEL is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance operation held in various countries several times a year and includes medical, dental, optometry, and engineering support programs and various subject-matter expert exchanges.
