Craig Duclos, the MAJCOM Fuctional Manager for enlisted aides in the pacific and the Senior Enlisted Aide to Pacific Air Forces Commander Gen. Howie Chandler, drains a roast pork prior to serving it for a party at the house of Gen. Chandler on Dec. 13, 2008. Cooking is just one of the many tasks that Master Sgt. Duclos performs on a daily basis; he also coordinates the care of the lawn, prepares the General's bags for trips, works closely with the catering staff of the Officer's Club, schedules appointments, cleans house, goes food shopping and picks up dry cleaning.
