BROOKS CITY-BASE, Texas --Tech. Sgt. William Meyers, U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, Expeditionary Medical Support Course instructor, goes through the set up of a portable environmental control unit with Staff Sgt. Callie Moore, 374th Medical Support Squadron medical logistics technician and Staff Sgt. Leonardo Mora, 374 MDSS Biomedical equipment technician, during set up of an EMEDS portable hospital package. The tent build up phase, during the first day of EMEDS training allows 374th Medical Group personnel the skills required to deploy a basic EMEDS package within 24 hours of arriving at a deployed location.
