EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska - Capt. Todd "Borus" Hale, 18th Aggressor Squadron, shows an authentic USSR flag that he obtained during the two years he spent in Russia as a missionary. The flag is on a wall at 18th AGRS where it lends to the ambience pilots created to place themselves in the "enemy" mindset for Red-Flag Alaska.
