YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. George Brown monitors air traffic at the radar approach control facility at Yokota Air Base, Japan Radar approach control facility and tower personnel will move to a new facility in November. Workers are currently setting up new equipment in the facility, which replaces a control tower and RAPCON in use since the 1960s.
