WHEELER ARMY AIR FIELD, Hawaii -- Airman 1st Class Doug Fraites, 25th Air Support Operations Squadron ground radio maintenance, gives Airman 1st Class Cory Aita fluids through an intravenous catheter in the field June 25. Soldiers helped train 25th Air Support Operations Squadron Tactical Air Control Party members to become combat mission-ready Joint Terminal Attack Controllers. When deployed, these young men are stationed with Army combat units and are responsible for calling in close air support. As combat Airmen, their jobs incorporate expertise above and beyond what's normally required of warriors in blue. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Carolyn Viss)
