KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa -- Brig. Gen. Punch Moulton, commander of the 18th Wing at Kadena AB, Okinawa, talks to Airmen of the 18th Logistics Readiness Squadron during the unveiling of the ZZ13 NASCAR-type car, to kick off Wingman Day, Wednesday Nov. 22, 2006. The focus of Wingman Day is to promote teamwork, safety and a culture of responsible choices. The 18th Services Squadron sponsored vehicle was built by volunteers from the 18 LRS and 18 SVS. The once DRMO-bound rusted cop car was transformed into the showcase piece of the ZZ13 campaign. ZZ13 is similar to the 0013 program adopted by Air Force bases around the world. In this case the zeros have been replaced by the 18th Wing "ZZ" tail flash. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Jeremy McGuffin)
