David DePinho, (front-right,) a chaplain with the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing, was inspired by the motivation shown by the men and women of the 732nd Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron, Det 1 Retrograde Property Action Team or "RPAT" serving in "In-Lieu-Of", (ILO) positions for the Army as they process cargo and vehicles for movement by air instead of convoys, saving countless lives in the process.
