Jeff Frye, primary Air Force executive airlift support planner, and Mark Piscioneri, primary Navy executive airlift planner, plan an executive airlift mission in the Pacific theater. Both are CACI International, Inc., contract employees working for the 613th Air and Space Operations Center Air Mobility Division. CACI has provided Pacific Air Force’s mobility aircraft planning and dispatch functions for six years, but this is the first time a civilian contractor will perform these services for Commander, Pacific Fleet’s Executive Transport Detachment.
