Tech. Sgt. William Parker, NCOIC, Clinical Medicine Flight, 15th Medical Group, gives Basic Life Support instruction during a 2-day "Train-the-trainer" class on Vanuatu. Sergeant Parker was part of a team that taught BLS and Self-Aid Buddy Care "train-the-trainer" courses to police, immigration and customs personnel, and paramedics on the island of Vanuatu. The team was part of the Oceania Humanitarian Assistance Mission that brought medical, dental and engineering personnel to perform civil assistance projects on Vanuatu, Nauru and Kiribati July 20-30.
