Airman Steven Kinchlow, 374th Medical Support Squadron medical material technician, tightens down the cargo netting on a pallet of medical supplies Oct. 4 at Yokota Air Base, Japan, to support the deployment of a U.S. Air Force Humanitarian Assistance Rapid Response Team to Padang, Indonesia. Airman Kinchlow helped to build nine pallets totaling more than 35,000 pounds of equipment. The HARRT, which includes members from Yokota; Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii; Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; and Andersen AFB, Guam, is scheduled to arrive in Indonesia Oct. 5 aboard two C-17 Globemaster IIIs.
