Maintainers from the Royal Malaysian Air Force find shade under a C-17 Globemaster III from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, during the Thunderbirds air show in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Oct. 3. The Elmendorf C-17 crew and another from Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, are tasked with getting the team to nine venues throughout the Pacific including Australia, Thailand, Japan and South Korea.
