HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii – Trevor Bailey, 7, is being severed a Christmas dinner during the Homefront Heroes Christmas party at Hickam’s Airman and Family Readiness Center Dec 16. The event was held for children and spouses of Airmen who are currently deployed or TDY for more than 90 consecutive days. With the help of countless volunteers, wrapping gifts, cooking and serving Christmas dinner, this year’s party was a hit. At the event was the First book program, giving out books to Keiki ranging from 2-years-old up to teen age, Miss Teen Hawaii World 2009 read stories to the Keiki, A USO sponsored chorus sang Holiday tunes and Santa was on scene giving our gifts to more than 80 Homefront Heroes in attendance.
