Capt. Raj Agrawal, from the 613th Air and Space Operations Center at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, is recognized as the 2009 Pacific Air Forces Company Grade Officer of the Year by Gen. Gary North, the Pacific Air Forces commander (center), Lt. Gen. Hawk Carlisle, the 13th Air Force commander (right) and Col. Wade Thompson, the 613th AOC commander. Captain Agrawal, now executive officer to the commander, was selected from more than 2,250 PACAF company grade officers based on his military performance while serving as the 613th AOC chief of space operations and missile defense.(courtesy photo)
