U.S. Air Force KC-135 Refuels U.S. Navy F-18 Super Hornets during RIMPAC 2010

A KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 507th Air Refueling Squadron, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., refuels a U. S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet over Hawaiian air space during the Rim of the Pacific exercise on July 20, 2010. RIMPAC, the world's largest maritime exercise, is a biennial event which stresses interoperability of all partner nations as a key element of regional stability. There are 14 nations, 32 ships, five submarines, more than 170 aircraft and 20,000 personnel involved in RIMPAC. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech Sgt. Cohen A. Young)
