KORAT ROYAL THAI AIR BASE, Thailand - Aircrew and support personnel from the U.S. Air Force, Royal Thai Air Force, and Republic of Singapore Air Force receive a weather briefing during the Cope Tiger 2011 mass briefing here March 13.
