ONAHAMA, Japan -- A bilateral task force from the United States and Australia help Tokyo Electric Power Company employees complete a fresh water cooling system at Onahama port March 29, 2011. The system of high pressure pumps and hoses will be used to spray freshwater from barges onto the Fukushima nuclear power plant. Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force vessels towed the barges full of freshwater from Yokosuka to the site. Eight Yokota Airmen designed and created necessary adapters, pressure valves and other pieces of equipment to modify the pumps for the mission. (U.S. Air Force photo/Osakabe Yasuo)
