OSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- The Air Force Office of Special Investigations held its annual Crime Scene Investigation/Active Shooter exercise at Osan Air Base, Korea, April 27. The scene was prepared with sheep's blood and a moulaged dummy victim, giving it a gruesome and realistic feel. The scenario; a husband returning from deployment, suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, kills his wife and abducts their child. The neighbor hears the shots and phones 911. The suspect then kills the child. At the simulated residence, Bldg 930, Security Forces cleared the residence and OSI gathered evidence at the scene of the active shooter incident. This exercise helped field agents sharpen their CSI skills. (U.S. Air Force Photo/Staff Sgt. Daylena Gonzalez)
